REPOST OF EPISODE #106: Antonio Armstrong

In Memory of a Life Well Lived

Today’s memorial episode focuses on the life and memory of Antonio Armstrong, the founder of 1st Class Training in Houston, Texas. After an incredibly successful collegiate career, being drafted into the NFL by the San Francisco 49’ers, and even spending time in the Canadian Football League, Antonio Armstrong knows what it takes to reach peak performance and success. After a career ending injury, Antonio used that same drive, mindset and determination that helped him in the world of football, to start three fitness centers in the Houston area. Today, he helps others on their path to health, fitness and improved lives.

Antonio was passionately dedicated to God, his family and making a huge impact in the lives of those around him. Listen in as we discuss having the right mental focus to deal with our trials and adversity, and how we can make the most of our days starting right now!
